Acolyte Training

Becoming an acolyte is a wonderful way to serve God and your church. This year we would like to open up this opportunity to serve for youth of all ages able to reach the altar, able to pay attention to the flow of service and capable of assisting with communion trays. Typical age is 9-10 years old or third grade. Acolyte training will be held Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 5:00 PM in the sanctuary. Parents, please plan to attend this training with your child so you may be able to help if there are questions later on. Please text Stephanie to let her know you will be attending. If your child is interested in becoming an acolyte but cannot make it to this training, please contact Stephanie at 979-732-1858.
